Free Spirits Yoga is the home of the Dharma Yoga Wheel!  Founder Raquel Vamos aka Leela Om is also the founder of Free Spirits Yoga Long Island!  In 2014 her and her partner Dov Vargas produced this amazing product which has spread around the world!  They both created an entire style of Yoga with the Dharma Yoga Wheel!  The Dharma Yoga Wheel helps with more than just backbends.  You can use this prop for many different fitness goals and more!  In our Patchogue location we have weekly classes used with the Wheel and we have trainings for people interested in becoming instructors!
