Raquel Vamos will open up the space and set the tone with some breath work and introduce the mudra for the evening Mudras are hand gestures during meditation that channel your body's energy flow. She will be leading us through a guided meditation that will open up our Chakras. Annette Peraino will be intuitively playing the crystal singing bowls as well other instruments that she is guided to in this sound healing journey. Crystal singing bowl Meditation will end by 1:30 PM. Please arrive on time, there will be pillows/cushions set up for you. After the meditation there will be tea and lights snacks for all who would like to stay, share space and mingle. You will be able to lie down or float, but as those spots are limited it will be first come first serve. ***Crystal singing bowls not recommended for pregnant women, people with pacemakers & anyone that has seizures*** |

South along the coast are quiet Caribbean beaches like Corcega. Offshore, coral reefs surround tiny Desecheo Island.

Meal Plan All meals are Plant Based, Gluten Free, and made with love by your on premise Private Chef Jillian Leigh with @JuleeCooks. Packed lunches will be individually labeled in your suite refrigerators, and picnic lunches for beach trips will be snuggly packed in a cooler for the day, both to be enjoyed at leisure. |

Casa D Palma is a unique property in the beachside Puntas neighborhood of Rincon. The beautiful vacation rental is located just a short two minute walk to Sandy and Pools Beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Flexible accommodations to suit your needs for up to 25 people. This property has various layouts, from the Main House (Royal Palm) which contains 3 spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms in addition to a private roof top patio, which is excellent for star gazing and dining with your guests al fresco. Our trip to India is a wonderful cultural, spiritual and touristic experience. Our first goal is to get closer to the culture that developed the spiritual science of Yoga. The main places we will visit during this trip are: Delhi, Vrindaban, Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi and Rishikesh.
New Delhi, situated in between the Aravalli hills and the Yamuna river is the capital of this subcontinent and will be our door to this land of the east.
Vrindaban, the land of the Lilas of Lord Krishna and his devotees will deepen our experience of the sacred path of Bhakti Yoga and Mantra Meditation. In Vrindaban we’ll sit at the feet of the Masters and share with them, in special way with the King of Love Srila Sadhu Maharaja.
Vrindaban is a land of love and devotion.
